Is the X3 Pro recognized immediately?
The X3 Pro requires the installation of a driver. This step is only necessary during the first connection. Afterwards, the device is immediately recognized. You can then connect the display either with the USB-C cable or with the USB-A cable. All cables are included.
How do I get an invoice for my business?
An invoice is automatically sent to you after processing your order at the email address provided. Remember to fill in your company information correctly when placing your order. In case of error, do not hesitate to contact our customer service at contact@x-nomad.com indicating your order number and the desired billing information.
What items are covered under the 2-year warranty?
It covers all problems related to manufacturing, design defects or abnormal premature wear of the product. However, this warranty does not cover accidental damage or defects resulting from improper use. For the latter, we strongly advise you to opt for an additional breakage warranty .

The X3 Pro® Triple Display is fully compatible with MacBook Air/Pro powered by M1, M2, and M3 chips?
Is the X3 Pro compatible with the Surface Pro?
Yes, both the X2 Pro and X3 Pro are technically compatible with a Surface Pro. However, we do not recommend using them with this type of device. Since the connections on the Surface Pro are located on the right or left sides of the screen, setting up the mount becomes complex and unsuitable. Additionally, the connection cables tend to run in front of the screen, which can hinder visibility and use.
