Breakage and accident insurance is valid for all our portable screen models including the X2 Pro Dual Screen and the X3 Pro Triple Screen.

Breakage and accident insurance is used to cover you in the event of unforeseen events such as ground impacts, short circuits, liquid spills and any other possible accidents that could occur on a daily basis.
You can choose between 1, 2 or 3 years of warranty. However, we strongly recommend the 3-year insurance, because not only does it cover you for longer, but it also costs less.
The two-year warranty is a manufacturer warranty that only covers manufacturing defects, but not accidents and other material damage.
It's very simple: as soon as an accident occurs, you have 5 days to send us an email with photos to contact@x-nomad.com. Afterwards, simply send us your portable screen so that we can replace it with a brand new model.
An invoice is automatically sent to you after processing your order at the email address provided. Remember to fill in your company information correctly when placing your order. In case of error, do not hesitate to contact our customer service who will be happy to assist you.
