Return shipping costs
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, a flat fee of €24.90 applies to all return or exchange requests within the European Union (EU).
For returns from outside the EU, please contact us at contact@x-nomad.com to check the applicable rates.
Additionally, return shipping costs and any potential customs duties or transportation-related taxes will also be deducted from your total refund.For more details, please contact us at contact@x-nomad.com.

Product condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received. It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and instructions. It must be correctly packaged, as illustrated below:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to refund or exchange the item.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in refusal of the return or the application of a fee:

Refund
Once the product has been returned, checked and found to be in good condition, a refund will be made within 15 days, less any return postage. -
Excluded products
All our products are eligible for return, with the following exception: blue light filters and anti-spyware films cannot be returned if they have been opened (protection removed or adhesive peeled off). For reasons of hygiene and quality, these products must remain new and sealed before they can be returned. -
Returns procedure
To initiate a return, send an e-mail to contact@x-nomad.com specifying the reason for the return. Carefully repack the product to avoid damage in transit. We will then send you a return label with our warehouse address. -
Return address
The return address will be communicated to you by email at the time of your request. -
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your card issuer. Some processing delays may apply. If, after these steps, you still haven't received anything, contact us at contact@x-nomad.com. -
Damage and condition of the product on return
If an item is returned to us damaged due to poor packaging or in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to apply a discount to the amount refunded, or to refuse the refund if the product is deemed unusable. To ensure traceability, we recommend that you take photos of the packaged product, clearly showing the return label and outer packaging.
